Cancellation and No-Show Policy At HelinaLux, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we have implemented the following payment policies regarding cancellations and no-shows: Cancellation Policy: Treatments must be cancelled at Least 24 Hours before the Appointment. Academy Courses must be cancelled at most 24 Hours after booking a course. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Treatment/course price. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment/Course without prior notice, a no show fee of 50% of the Treatment/Course Price will be charged. Prepaid Appointments: Prepaid sessions will be forfeited in case of late cancellations or no-shows unless rescheduled within the notice period. These policies are designed to ensure fairness to all our clients and maintain availability for those who need our services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
